Adam Rechenmacher is the founder of Blueprint Hires, a recruiting firm that specializes in connecting top talent in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry with quality job opportunities. With over a decade of experience in recruiting, he has built a reputation for helping candidates navigate the complex job market.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Adam spent the first 34 years of his life in the Golden State with time in both the Bay Area and Southern California. In 2019 he moved to Vancouver, Washington, with his wife, and three children. They have since added a new member to the family, a chocolate lab named Chuck.  Despite the move, Adam still considers himself a Californian at heart.

Before starting Blueprint Hires, Adam spent 10 years working in the A/E/C industry as a recruiter. During this time, he honed his skills and built a deep understanding of the unique challenges that candidates and clients face in this niche. His success is rooted in an unwavering commitment to honesty, integrity, and building strong partnerships with candidates and clients alike.

Adam’s passion for helping top talent find meaningful employment led him to found Blueprint Hires. The goal was to provide a more personalized and effective approach to recruiting.
