Monetize Your Network With Blueprint Helpers 

Blueprint Helpers is an open system referral program for industry partners to monetize their network. In an effort to live out our company’s core values, we want to turn all of our daily interactions and relationships into “shared value partnerships.” We have designated a large number of our open job requisitions as eligible for fee sharing. If you introduce Blueprint Hires to someone in your network who would make a great candidate for any of our eligible openings, and that individual is successfully hired we will pass along 10% of our recruiting commission fee.*   Successful partners realize between $1,500-$3,000 per referral.

Carissa is a Senior Associate at her firm. She is satisfied in her current role and isn’t interested in new opportunities for herself, but keeps abreast of new openings on Blueprint Hires’ job board because she knows a lot of other architects in the area. Over the years she has grown her network and has become a trusted resource to many younger professionals. Carissa is happy to offer advice and pass along helpful connections to those who seek her out.

Oliver was successfully placed in a new role by Blueprint Hires. His earning capacity is not fully realized and he is always on the lookout for additional streams of income that don’t interfere with his new job. Oliver personally enjoyed working with Blueprint Hires to find his current job, and has a goal of funding his yearly vacations through introducing his friends to career advancing roles through Blueprint Hires.

Missy is one of the most outgoing people you’d ever meet. Early on, a Blueprint Hires recruiter discussed some marketing positions they thought she would be a good fit for, but none of them had enough social components to interest her. It was determined that she was a true networker and would have made a great recruiter herself. Being a Blueprint Helper is her way to moonlight as a recruiter without giving up her marketing career. Missy has preferential fees based on volume of referrals.
